Collecting

For every euro you spend you receive 0.1 Budnuts Bucks (spend €10 = 1 Buck). The Bucks are credited as soon as your order is completed. You do not have to do anything else, it happens automatically for your customer account.

Redeeming

One Buck is worth €0.10. At payment you simply tick "Redeem Budnuts Bucks" and your credit is deducted from the total as a discount. You decide with every order whether to redeem or keep collecting.

Validity & overview

• Validity: Bucks expire 365 days after they are credited. Order regularly and your credit stays active.
• Your balance: You can see your current balance any time in your customer account under "My status".

Do I also earn Bucks on reduced items?
Yes, you collect on your actual purchase value.

Can I combine Bucks with a voucher code?
Yes, Budnuts Bucks can be stacked with a voucher code. Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.

Can I have my Bucks paid out?
No, Budnuts Bucks are discount credit and are only offset against future orders.

Does this apply to business customers too?
No, for B2B the volume discounts apply instead of Bucks.
