We ship with DHL. We deliver to the countries offered during checkout (Germany and other European Union countries).
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on weight and destination country and are shown to you transparently during checkout before you place your order. Above a certain order or weight threshold we ship free of charge; the applicable threshold is shown during checkout.
Delivery time
Unless stated otherwise, delivery within Germany usually takes 2–4 business days, and 4–8 business days for deliveries to other EU countries after the contract is concluded (for prepayment, from receipt of payment).
Pick-up at partner shop
Where offered, you can collect your order at our partner shop. We will let you know as soon as the goods are ready for pick-up. Cash payment on site is also possible when collecting.
